Sorry itt took so long to post “after” photos of my pastor’s room. There were many things going on during this summer for my family and I, I didn’t realize that it has been two months after the last post. Sorry about that.
Long story short, the pastor’s room is finally finished except for the finishing touches. We were out of budget, so it is not done to the degree that I like, but people loved it. The pastor? Of course. 🙂
Here are some after photos. Enjoy.
I painted the light brown console table white after sanding all the mold.
The curtains are made from drop cloth which you can buy from any hardware store. Washed and then cut. they shrink about a foot.
The artist, Hyeri Chun donated two beautiful/meaningful paintings. Thank you, Hyeri.
Here is a close shot of the paintings.
I apologize for the lighting.
The rug is from Lowe’s and was around $20.
The couch and two chairs were donated by a church member.
The coffee table was the perfect size in this room and was a craigslist find. $15.
The table stand is my favorite. The bamboo roman shade was cut to size at Lowe’s.
These cacti will survive a vacancy period of one week.
I transformed an old frame into a chalkboard, so anybody can write a script(s) for the day.
I painted and stained the side table. Looks good between the two light colored rattan chairs.
So how does it look?
